How Does Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy Work?

What is Hypnosis? Hypnosis is a natural process that triggers change while in a deep state of relaxation.  Hypnosis can be defined as a heightened state of suggestibility. Basic hypnosis is a process that creates change through direct suggestion.

Who Can Be Hypnotized?  Just about everyone can be hypnotized, it is really a normal state of mind.  Have you ever driven past an exit or road realizing a few minutes later what you did?  Or suddenly noticed a minor cut or bruise on your body and wondered how it got there? How about not seeing something right in front of you?  These are all examples of what we call spontaneous hypnosis.

When you experience hypnosis in a professional setting you are creating this state of mind intentionally at a particular time for a particular reason.  I use basic hypnosis to help facilitate change for particular issues; dependent upon how long you have been experiencing the issue and the severity of such. If you want to experience a wonderful sense of well-being this level of hypnosis is very effective. I have a high success rate with most clients as I provide reinforcement of sessions with an audio.  You receive a customized CD with private sessions.

Hypnosis is effective for, but not limited to, the following:

Smoking Cessation
Weight Loss
Stress Reduction
Pain Management
Performance Improvement
Sleep Issues (minor)
Confidence Booster
School Performance Improvement/Study Habits

What is Hypnotherapy?  Hypnotherapy can be defined as the use of hypnotic techniques that help move a client toward health and wholeness.  This includes simple behavioral change such as smoking to more intense changes such as overcoming psychogenic or functional medical problems.

Advanced techniques used in hypnotherapy are powerful and life changing techniques.
I use a five phase process that removes or neutralizes old programs, beliefs and thoughts that no longer serve you or block your success.  You can expect lifetime changes through this process.  You receive a customized CD upon the completion of services  to enjoy and refer to.

Hypnotherapy is very effective for, but not limited to, the following:

Smoking Cessation
Weight Loss
Stress Elimination
Pain Management
Performance Improvement
Sleep Issues (major)
Past Life Regression
Self Confidence
Psychogenic or functional medical problems

Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy are proven to provide many benefits and are considered natural and holistic methods of creating change, and improving health and well-being.
